CBB Bancorp Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.15 Per Share

CBB Bancorp (OTCQX: CBBI) declared a 20% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.15 per common share Friday, up from $0.125 in the prior quarter. The payment is scheduled for Nov. 27. Shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 13 are eligible. CBB Bancorp declared its previous quarterly dividend July 24. That $0.125-per-share dividend was payable Aug. 21 to shareholders of record Aug. 7. Commonwealth Business Bank, which operates as CBB Bank, is owned by CBB Bancorp.
