Tempus AI and Pathos AI Sign Neurology Data Deal Worth Up to $55 Million

Tempus AI and Pathos AI agreed to a five-year neurology data deal worth up to $55 million, giving Pathos access to as many as 500,000 de-identified records for drug research. Pathos announced collaborations with Bristol Myers Squibb and Tempus on Friday, Oct. 23, one day after Tempus and Pathos signed the neurology order form. Under the agreement, Tempus will use commercially reasonable efforts to license Pathos 500,000 de-identified records of people with Alzheimer’s disease or other specified neurological conditions. The target pace is 100,000 records a year for five years.
