Cardano: Midnight Mainnet Surpasses 1 Million Transactions as Activity Surges 26,508%

Midnight Network has surpassed 1 million mainnet transactions within seven months of launch, as on-chain activity surged by 26,508% over the past month. At press time, the Midnight network had recorded 1,094,866 (1.094 million) transactions and deployed 1,434 smart contracts, according to data from Midnight Explorer. Meanwhile, its latest recorded block had reached 3,222,903 (3.22 million), highlighting the network’s growing activity. Midnight recorded relatively low transaction volumes during its early days, with daily counts in the hundreds. For instance, the network processed just 100 transactions on September 28 before the figure rose to 530 on October 1.
