Brent Crude Rises 1% to $107.46 a Barrel as WTI Stays Below $100

Brent crude reached $107.46 a barrel on Oct. 22, up 1%. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude gained nearly 1% to $98.34 a barrel.
