Investors listed in the company’s records when business closes Nov. 30 qualify for the payout. Bread Financial’s Series A preferred issue carries a fixed annual dividend rate of 8.625% and is perpetual and non-cumulative. Its dividends are payable quarterly in arrears when declared by the board. Forty depositary shares represent an interest in one underlying preferred share, which carries a quarterly distribution of $21.56.
