Blueprints AI is pitching software that turns sketches, photos, PDFs and other project inputs into construction documents intended to support code compliance, targeting architecture, engineering and design firms, developers and real estate owners. The Santa Monica startup says its platform can produce architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, energy-compliance, fire-and-life-safety and interior sheets. Civil and landscape documents are available through enterprise plans. The company says its system is designed to account for the International Building Code, International Fire Code, National Fire Protection Association standards, Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and local zoning rules.
