Black Forest Labs releases FLUX 3 Image Klein with free commercial use for small businesses

The German AI lab's new 5.6 billion parameter image model runs on consumer GPUs and costs nothing for teams earning under $5 million a year Black Forest Labs just made a high-end image generator free for a large slice of the business world. The German AI research lab launched FLUX 3 Image Klein on October 15, 2026, and released the model weights alongside it. The catch is a revenue ceiling. Businesses and individuals pulling in less than $5 million annually can use it commercially at no cost. Everyone above that line has to pay.
