Bitget Posts $1.86 Trillion in Q3 Trading as Reserve Checks Expand

Bitget's combined trading volume across six categories reached about $1.86 trillion in the third quarter of 2026, spanning crypto trading and traditional financial products. Crypto derivatives volume was $409.19 billion in September, up 31.5% from July to September. That figure covers September, not the full quarter. Contracts for difference, or CFDs, accounted for $376.32 billion of Q3 volume. The exchange's Sept. 30 update put its Protection Fund above $300 million after it pledged to restore the fund to at least that level within a week. Bitget described transfers from its hot wallets on Sept. 24 as unauthorized.
