Bitcoin (BTC), the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, fell below $80,000 to $79,900 on Binance spot at 11:05 a.m. ET (15:05 UTC) Saturday, Oct. 24, down 1.05% over the prior hour. The price at the earlier snapshot was $80,296, or $296 above the $80,000 level. The latest $79,900 reading is $100 below it, a $396 difference between the two spot-price observations. The earlier and latest figures are 15 minutes apart, showing the price above the threshold in the earlier snapshot and below it in the latest one. The separate one-hour comparison showed Bitcoin down 1.05%.
