Binance Withdrawal Limits for Hyperliquid Assets Remain in Place

Binance has been restoring withdrawals by asset and network following a security incident. An earlier stage began at 11 p.m. ET Monday, Nov. 2 (04:00 UTC Nov. 3), and covered additional assets across nine networks. Access was returning as security checks finished, so an asset’s inclusion did not mean every withdrawal route was already open. The earlier nine-network reopening was one stage of that process.
