Binance Sets VELODROME Futures and Spot Delisting Dates Ahead of Aero Launch

Binance has set staggered deadlines for Velodrome Finance (VELODROME) futures and spot trading ahead of the Aero merger, giving holders dates for settlement and the token transition. The change is part of the planned merger of Aerodrome and Velodrome into Aero , scheduled to start Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 8 p.m. ET (Oct. 22 at 00:00 UTC). Each VELODROME will convert to 0.044 Aerodrome (AERO), while old AERO tokens will be swapped for new AERO tokens at a 1:1 ratio. Binance will stop users from opening new positions in the VELODROMEUSDT futures contract on Oct. 28 at 4:30 a.m.
