It filed a week before the central bank’s cutoff, which is tight but still on time. The exchange submitted its application on October 23 through a local entity called BBrasil. The deadline falls on Friday, October 30. Operators that file by then can keep running under a transitional arrangement while regulators review their paperwork. There’s a catch.
