Binance co-CEO Teng is targeting Sunday, Nov. 1, for the exchange to resume withdrawals after a hack left the service paused. The target sets a near-term date for the return of withdrawals, but it describes a planned restart rather than a completed reopening. Teng said Binance has reserved more than $6.34 billion in company funds. He also said the exchange plans to publish a full Proof of Reserves report by Monday, Nov. 2. The report deadline follows the withdrawal target by one day.
