Balchem Reports $290.7 Million in Fiscal Q3 Sales, $1.57 Adjusted Diluted EPS

Balchem posted $290.658 million in net sales and $1.57 in adjusted diluted EPS for fiscal third-quarter 2026, ended Sept. 30, with sales higher than a year earlier. Net earnings totaled $46.728 million, while adjusted net earnings were $50.350 million. GAAP diluted EPS was $1.46. Compared with the year-earlier quarter, net sales rose 8.6% and net earnings increased 16%. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 12.4% to $80.297 million. Operating cash flow was $69.8 million, and free cash flow was $57.9 million. Balchem reports results across Human Nutrition and Health, Animal Nutrition and Health, and Specialty Products.
