Avalanche (AVAX) traded at $8.32 at 3:38 a.m. ET (08:38 UTC) Tuesday, Nov. 3, a 3.22% decline over 24 hours that put the token below $9. A Nov. 1 Binance spot reading placed AVAX at $8.90 at 1:09 a.m. ET (05:09 UTC). Another Binance spot reading put it at $8.48 on Oct. 31. Those observations were taken at different times, and Tuesday’s price snapshot does not identify the same exchange and trading pair. They therefore do not establish the starting price for Tuesday’s 24-hour change. AVAX is Avalanche’s native token. It is used to pay transaction fees and for staking.
