Arlo Technologies’ board approved a common-stock repurchase authorization of up to $100 million, giving the company a potential way to return capital while leaving purchase timing and volume subject to market conditions. The plan caps potential spending at $100 million but does not commit Arlo to buy stock. Arlo did not specify a share count or disclose any spending under the new program. The board may extend or shorten the program’s term. Arlo expects purchases to take place on the open market under Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act.
