Argenx Projects $4B in 2026 R&D and SG&A Expenses, Eyes Up to Five 2027 U.S. Launches

argenx expects its combined research and development and selling, general and administrative expenses to reach about $4 billion in 2026, while preparing up to five potential U.S. launches for 2027. CEO Karen Massey described the possible launch slate during the company's Oct. 22 earnings call. It spans added uses for medicines already in argenx's portfolio, a new auto-injector format and a possible launch for a pipeline treatment. The milestones are at different regulatory and development stages, so the count does not mean five new drugs.
