Ardagh to Report Q3 Results Against $200 Million to $210 Million EBITDA Outlook

Ardagh Metal Packaging (NYSE: AMBP) will report third-quarter results Thursday against an adjusted EBITDA forecast of $200 million to $210 million, with its 2026 outlook raised to $775 million to $790 million. The results release is scheduled for 7 a.m. ET (11:00 UTC) Thursday, Oct. 22. The company’s investor webcast and call are set for 9 a.m. ET (13:00 UTC). Ardagh issued its third-quarter forecast with its second-quarter results in July. The range compares with adjusted EBITDA of $208 million in the year-earlier quarter, or $207 million at constant currency. It is company guidance for the quarter.
