Ardagh Metal Packaging Sets $0.10 Quarterly Dividend for Dec. 10

The company declared an interim payment of $0.10 for each ordinary share, scheduled for Dec. 10, 2026. Shareholders of record Nov. 26 will qualify for the distribution. The board approved the payment Oct. 22. Ardagh intends to continue regular quarterly dividends of $0.10 per ordinary share, which would total $0.40 over four quarters at that rate.
