Apex Group’s on-chain compliance framework carries bond rules across blockchains

An on-chain compliance framework for bonds, consistent with Swift standards and enabling compliance rules to be shared across blockchains, has been put in place by Apex Group, Chainlink, T-REX Network and the ERC-3643 Association. Apex Group said the approach lets institutions distribute tokenised assets across networks without rebuilding the compliance framework for each one. Key takeaways Identity, eligibility and transfer rules can carry across blockchain networks. Swift has joined the ERC-3643 Association. Chainlink supplies cross-chain transfers, compliance enforcement and pricing data. T-REX Network supports asset management through one source of record.
