Anthropic is working with RetailBook, an investment platform, to market its shares to retail investors in the United Kingdom. On Oct. 26, Anthropic filed an S-1 registration statement for a planned Nasdaq listing . The filing is not yet effective, and the company has not set the number of shares or a price range.
