AmeriServ Financial Q3 Profit Rises 21.9% to $3.1 Million

AmeriServ Financial, Inc. earned $3.1 million in the third quarter, a 21.9% increase from a year earlier, as higher net interest income and a credit-loss recovery contributed to profit. Net income was $2.54 million in the third quarter of 2025. Diluted earnings rose to $0.18 per share from $0.15. Revenue for the latest quarter totaled $15.96 million. Net interest income increased $438,000 from a year earlier to $11.45 million. Noninterest income rose $117,000 to $4.52 million. The provision for credit losses moved to a $3,000 recovery from a $360,000 expense a year earlier.
