Altcoin season index rebounds to 59 as Bitcoin dominance holds at 60.1%

The altcoin season index rose to 59 from 53 a day earlier, remaining below the altcoin season threshold of 75 and its levels a week and a month ago. Bitcoin dominance stood at 60.1%, keeping its share of the market elevated. The rebound pointed to an improvement in altcoins’ relative performance, although the index remained in neutral territory. The CoinMarketCap altcoin season index stood at 59 as of October 27. That was above the previous day’s 53 but below 60 a week earlier and 64 a month earlier.
