AerSale Revenue Climbs 28.6% as Goodwill Charge Adds to Net Loss

AerSale Corporation’s third-quarter revenue rose 28.6% to $91.556 million, while a noncash goodwill impairment contributed to a net loss of $15.028 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026. Revenue was $71.191 million in the year-earlier quarter. The current-quarter net loss compared with a $120,000 loss a year earlier. Revenue also exceeded one pre-release estimate of $91.22 million by $336,000. The quarter included a $13.416 million impairment of all goodwill in AerSale’s Asset Management Solutions reporting unit. A sustained decline in the company’s stock price prompted an impairment assessment. The unit’s estimated fair value was below its carrying value.
