Adobe Optimizes Brand Concierge With NVIDIA Nemotron Models

Adobe and NVIDIA expanded their partnership Oct. 15 by optimizing Adobe Brand Concierge with NVIDIA Nemotron open models, bringing the models to a customer-engagement product for enterprise customers. Brand Concierge is Adobe’s conversational tool for customer engagement. NVIDIA selected Brand Concierge for planned personalized conversations on NVIDIA.com using NVIDIA’s organizational data and content. Adobe expects the Nemotron-optimized version to become available to enterprise customers later in 2026. The update adds a customer-facing application to a broader strategic partnership announced March 16, 2026. The plans included next-generation Firefly models and agentic workflows.
