Abbott Q3 Revenue Reaches $13.01 Billion, Exceeds Estimates

Abbott Laboratories posted third-quarter revenue of $13.01 billion, exceeding estimates by about $20 million, and reaffirmed its 2026 adjusted earnings outlook after a small per-share earnings beat. Revenue rose 14.4% from a year earlier. Adjusted diluted earnings reached $1.42 per share, $0.01 above estimates. Abbott maintained its full-year adjusted diluted earnings guidance at $5.50 to $5.55 per share. The quarterly earnings result fell within Abbott’s earlier forecast of $1.38 to $1.46 per share . The $1.42 result was $0.04 above the bottom of that range and $0.04 below the top.
