A record share of Americans now say the country is headed the wrong way, just weeks before the midterm elections. A new NBC News Decision Desk poll powered by SurveyMonkey finds 71% of US adults think the nation is on the "wrong track," the highest share of President Donald Trump's second term, reports NBC News. For the first time in Trump's second term, the share who say the country is on the "right track" has fallen into the 20s. The economy tops the list of most important issues at 31%.
