Voters in Allen, DeKalb and Steuben counties will decide on Tuesday whether inland casino gambling should be permitted in their county, the first step in a state process that could end with one new license for a casino resort worth at least $500 million in northeast Indiana. Three northeast Indiana counties vote on November 3 on whether to allow a casino, with a yes vote opening the door for operators to bid for one new Indiana Gaming Commission license under House Enrolled Act 1038. The question appears as Public Question No.
