We don’t usually find out about new restaurants by stumbling upon them, but that’s what happened with Sip Sip Wok at Virgin. An announcement about Sip Sip Wok was published by Virgin on Oct. 2, 2026, but it flew under the radar. Inquiries to Virgin about the new concept have resulted in somewhat vague responses. Which screams drama, and we could not be more excited to dive headlong into the morass. And, no, we did not write this entire story as an excuse to use the word “morass,” probably.
