XRP Ledger processes record 4,416 transactions in single close, 97% were trustlines

The XRP Ledger has set a new transaction record after processing 4,416 transactions in a single ledger close on October 10, marking the highest number ever seen for one closure since the network’s launch. Validator Vet, known as @Vet_X0 in the XRP community, disclosed that ledger #107,569,561 achieved this record. The majority of transactions in this ledger consisted of Trust Set operations, a mechanism that allows accounts to hold and transfer assets beyond native XRP. Of the 4,416 transactions closed, 4,305 were categorized as Trust Set, accounting for approximately 97.5% of the total.
