XRP D-Day Arrives but Price Awaits a Move

D-Day is finally here and in a few hours the Batch amendment and its fix fixBatchV1_2 will be live. The XRP ecosystem will see a triumph in the launch of the Batch feature, which has had its share of setbacks in the past. On February 19, 2026, security researchers and Cantina AI identified a critical logic bug in the signature-validation process of the original Batch amendment. The amendment was in its voting phase and had not been activated on Mainnet. XRPLD v3.3.0 shipped a replacement amendment, Batch V1.1, that introduced the corrected implementation.
