Brad Garlinghouse took to X to share the news of his father’s passing. He described B. Kent Garlinghouse, Sr., who lived from 1941 to 2026, as “the wisest, most thoughtful, and most generous person I have known.” He called his father a friend, a mentor, a role model, and an inspiration. Above all, he said, he was fortunate to call him Dad. The post included a photo of the two together. The words were few, but the sentiment behind them was unmistakable.
