XLM's Bell Testnet Launch Leaves It Stuck Below $0.18 Resistance, What's Next?

Stellar's Protocol 30 upgrade, called Bell, is now live on testnet. It adds tools for exchanges managing many customer balances and early post-quantum signature checks for smart contracts. The upgrade gives XLM holders a clear catalyst, yet the token keeps drifting lower after a painful month. Traders now want to know whether the mainnet vote can revive demand. The Stellar Development Foundation activated Protocol 30, codenamed Bell, on testnet after a validator vote on Nov 3. The foundation first outlined the design on Oct 20. A mainnet vote is set for Nov 23, and activation depends on validator approval.
