Its $0.000382 price matched the high of a 24-hour range that ran from $0.000325 to $0.000382. The one-hour and daily gains measure different periods. In an Oct. 17 market update , XEM stood at $0.000413 after an 11.92% rise over 30 minutes, while its 24-hour change was a 9.27% decline. The newer figures show a positive daily change at a lower quoted price.
