The share of qualifying x402 wallets that received a second deposit within 30 days reached 89.3% in the second quarter of 2026, highlighting faster repeat funding while leaving broader demand uncertain. The rate compares with 70.6% for wallets first funded in the third quarter of 2025. The calculation includes only wallets that sent x402 transactions on at least two separate days, so it does not measure retention across all x402 wallets. Other activity measures show that wallets began making payments sooner after funding.
