The $0.50 level came from public Binance spot quotes collected directly for WLD/USDT. The same pair stood at $0.4663 four hours before the timestamp, a $0.0337 difference. That comparison produces a 7.23% move; the 24-hour change at the snapshot was +1.54%. The one-hour liquidation count covered Binance, Bybit and OKX.
