Willis Lease Sets Q3 2026 Revenue Record as Common-Share Income Falls 55%

Willis Lease Finance Corporation (Nasdaq: WLFC) posted record revenue of $246.322 million for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, up 34.3% from the same period a year earlier. Income attributable to common shareholders dropped 55.3% to $10.228 million, and diluted earnings per share fell to $0.47 from $1.08. Spare parts and equipment sales totaled $98.131 million, compared with $5.394 million a year earlier. Equipment sales made up $89.1 million of the total and included five aircraft, two engines and one airframe.
