Walmart Expands Better Care Services With a Multi-Provider Catalog

Walmart is expanding Better Care Services with a catalog that brings together care options from General Medicine and more than 10 third-party providers, giving customers a way to compare services and potential costs. Walmart announced the expansion Monday, Oct. 26. The catalog covers urgent care, pediatric care, mental health care, nutrition and weight-management support. Walmart plans to add more providers. The catalog uses customers’ insurance information to estimate what they may pay out of pocket. It also displays a cash price when one is available.
