Viatris Raises 2026 Guidance After Reporting Nearly Flat Q3 Revenue

Viatris raised its 2026 guidance midpoints on Nov. 5 after reporting third-quarter revenue of $3.7495 billion, nearly unchanged from a year earlier. New product sales and strength in some regions helped offset supply constraints and added competition. Revenue was $3.7599 billion in the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted earnings per share were $0.71, up 6% on a reported basis and 3% on an operational basis from a year earlier. The company’s U.S. GAAP net loss widened to $325 million from $128 million in the same quarter last year.
