VARA Lists Bybit’s Dubai Spot License With a June 2026 Issue Date

Bybit Fintech FZE’s Dubai spot-exchange license is active and carries a June 20, 2026, issue date, authorizing the company to serve retail, qualified and institutional investors in spot markets. The issue date is four months before Bybit announced the license on Oct. 22. The announcement described the authorization as covering exchange services and spot trading but did not give an issue date. The active status and date add registry detail to the Dubai spot license Bybit had already secured . The license does not cover derivatives.
