VanEck Seeks to Withdraw Registration for Lido Staked Ether ETF

VanEck has asked the Securities and Exchange Commission to withdraw registration for its proposed Lido-staked Ether fund and says it no longer plans to issue shares. The request covers the S-1 registration statement for the VanEck Lido Staked Ethereum ETF and related exhibits. VanEck said it no longer intends to issue shares of the fund. The registration statement was filed Oct. 16, 2025, and had not taken effect. The fund had not issued or sold securities under it.
