Valley National Posts $206.3 Million Q3 Profit as Revenue Tops Estimate

Valley National Bancorp posted third-quarter net income of $206.3 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, for the quarter ended Sept. 30. Revenue totaled $584.151 million, about $6.32 million above the $577.83 million pre-report estimate. The results were released Oct. 22 at 7 a.m. ET (11:00 UTC).\n\nNet income was $163.355 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2025. Revenue rose from $511.111 million in that period, a year-over-year increase of 14.3%.
