UstarPay engaged BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association, on Thursday, Nov. 5, as custodian for digital assets used in its payment and card infrastructure. The arrangement is intended to strengthen custody handling and clarify operational responsibilities. Customers retain ownership and beneficial interest in their assets. Access to the services is subject to applicable regulations, user eligibility and geographic restrictions. BitGo Bank & Trust is one of the entities that provides custody services to eligible U.S. customers under BitGo’s U.S. custody structure .
