US GDP and PCE inflation data will be released together on October 29, giving investors two important readings on whether the economy is growing fast enough to sustain corporate earnings without generating further inflation. The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) will publish its advance estimate of third-quarter GDP alongside September's Personal Income and Outlays report at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time . The timing matters. Both releases arrive one day after the Federal Reserve's October policy decision, potentially changing market expectations for interest rates through December and into 2027.
