The transfer was detected at 1:43 a.m. ET (06:43 UTC). The sender was identified only as an unknown wallet, with Binance listed as the destination. The $800 million figure describes the amount moved into the exchange; it is not a reported sale value or a confirmed trade. A transfer to an exchange records where funds were sent, but does not by itself show that they were sold.
