Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is due to report its Q3 2026 results after the market closes Tuesday, Oct. 27, with second-quarter margin declines drawing attention to performance across its business segments. The quarter ended Sept. 30. UHS’ earnings call is scheduled for 8 a.m. ET (12:00 UTC) Wednesday, Oct. 28. The company shifted the release from Oct. 26 to avoid conflicts with other health care companies’ calls. In Q3 2025, it recorded $4.495 billion in revenue and diluted earnings of $5.86 per share.
