A UK campaign tool logged 10,092 submissions about bank restrictions on crypto-related payments over a reported 90-day period in 2026 as the country prepares new rules for crypto firms. Stand With Crypto UK recorded submissions from 9,803 people. The tally measures entries made through its tool, not the number of transfers banks rejected. It also does not establish that every submission reached the bank to which it was directed. Of the submissions, 2,297 were directed to Lloyds Banking Group, 1,569 to Barclays and 1,278 to NatWest Group.
