Tokenization infrastructure firm tZERO Group, Inc. and blank-check company FG Imperii Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: FGII) said on Nov. 2 that they have signed a definitive business combination agreement, a deal that would take one of the longest-running names in digital securities to the public markets. The proposed merger values tZERO at a $350 million pre-money equity valuation and would list the combined company on NYSE American under the ticker “TZRO” once it closes, which the parties expect in early 2027.
