Two Hyperliquid Wallets Hold $1.06 Billion in Short Positions

Two wallets among Hyperliquid’s top monthly profit accounts held $1.06 billion in combined short exposure at 11:40 p.m. ET Sunday (04:40 UTC Monday), with the larger account still adding to a token position. Wallet 0x5b5d…c060 held $617.5 million in shorts across 22 positions, with about $131.2 million in account equity. Its largest positions were a $224.5 million Ether (ETH) short and a $182.1 million Bitcoin (BTC) short. A second wallet, 0xb83d…6e36, held $439.4 million across 30 positions and about $105.1 million in equity. Together, the two books totaled $1.0569 billion.
