Tristan Thompson says he buys Bitcoin daily, sees $110,000 by year-end

Tristan Thompson says he is buying Bitcoin every day and pursuing acquisitions of mining facilities and data centers, while putting his year-end Bitcoin target at $110,000. In an October 22 interview with Cointelegraph at Token 2049, the NBA player said his conviction in Bitcoin remained strong despite the market downturn. He said he would continue holding the asset while expanding his involvement in mining. Thompson said he was more bullish on Bitcoin now than when he first encountered it. Calling it “digital gold,” he compared accumulating and holding Bitcoin to saving through a retirement account.
